There is nothing more important for a girl than having good feelings about herself and her figure. Everything changed for me since I started my journey with coach Arian in 2019! I used to be super active doing Crossfit and running until due to a serious back injury during my workout I had to stop everything and was stuck in bed for what felt like forever!!! Can you imagine? My muscles vanished, and worse I lost my confidence! Quickly, I gained extra weight, and looking at myself in the mirror was a struggle!
But here's the magic!!! Arian is not your typical gym trainer! He didn't just get me moving again, he showed me how to fix my bad habits and made me do extra correctives exercises to prevent future injuries. He was there, watching my every move. My confidence came back little by little! At the same time, his nutrition tactics worked and I could actually see the progress in the mirror. That was a boost!
Now? I’m looking at my developing six-pack and loving how I look in any dress. But it is not finished! It's a never ending journey of self-improvement! Coach Arian, you're a game-changer! Thanks for making this possible!

Over the past few months, my commitment to bodybuilding has truly paid off. The first photo is from 2019. It was at the beginning when I met Arian. He told me, 'It's important to take a photo to see the evolution of your body with training.' I won't hide the fact that in 2019, I never thought I would be able to have definition in my abs and make heads turn when I go to the beach. When I started training, it wasn't easy to get up at 6 am every morning to go to the gym. I thought about staying in bed and sleeping longer hundreds of times. But I didn't... Do you know why? Because training, for me, is like a drug (in a good sense, obviously). It's a gathering place and my moment every day. It allows me to externalize all the anger and stress by working on myself. At first, it was difficult, but thanks to Arian, I am where I am today. It took me 3 years of disciplined hard work to have a body that I've always dreamed of! Natural, Slow and steady is the only shortcut!
